Policies and Pricing
SERVICE AREA
The Wedding Belles serve the Chicagoland area and
suburbs. We also are available to serve southeastern Wisconsin
PAYMENTS
Cash only acceptable.
IMPORTANT BOOKING
INFORMATION
We do require a minimum of $100 reservation fee to hold
your wedding date. This deposit is due at or before time of the hair
trial. This fee will be applied towards your wedding day balance. Your
wedding day is not booked until your reservation fee has been received.
The balance is due at the time of service.
REFUNDS OR
CANCELLATIONS
If services are cancelled at least 30 days before the
event date, the deposit less $25 will be returned. The deposit will be
returned within 10 business days. Should our stylists have to cancel due
to personal reasons, you will be notified immediately and receive a full
refund.
ARRIVAL TIMES
The Wedding Belles plan to arrive 15 minutes early in
order to set up. Because The Wedding Belles are on a tight schedule, we
ask that you be on time for your appointments and understand that if you
are late, it will take time away from the services provided.
TRAVEL
We will travel to your home, hotel, or any venue for
your wedding or special event. Depending on your wedding venue, a travel
fee and hotel parking fee, if applicable, will be additional. We will
discuss this prior to booking your date.
OPEN COMMUNICATION
To insure that you receive the finest services, please
inform your service provider about your expectations, personal
preferences or possible concerns.
GRATUITIES
If you have enjoyed your experience, it is customary to
provide a 15-20% gratuity to your service provider for services
rendered.
MISCELLANEOUS
We ask that you provide a work table near electrical
outlets, good lighting (natural or artificial). We also ask that you Do Not wash your hair the day of
services.

These prices will
be determined after we receive all pertinent information about your
wedding day or special event needs. Trials are a separate fee from the
wedding day or special event. They are not included in the final cost.
Payment for this service is due at the time of the hair trial.
